Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options with free delivery within the Kamloops area on qualifying orders.
The time frame for order delivery is divided as follows:
Processing time: Order verification, inventory confirmation and packaging: All orders are verified within 36-72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received. Wholesale accounts are exempt from pre-payment requirements.
FREE Local delivery day: All subscription orders and local delivery orders above $20 are delivered every Monday and every second Friday. We can accommodate some special delivery requests that fall outside our normal delivery day for a fee. Due to everchanging weather conditions, we suggest customers have a temperature control drop off location such as a cooler, an insulated cooler bag or insulated box to protect the products from the elements. We do provide ice packs with our products during hot weather.
Local Pick Up:Pick up is available at our new facility by appointment scheduled after 3pm. Please allow us 72 hours to prepare your order and provide appointment options.6-2045 W Trans Canada Hwy, Kamloops BC - West gate entrance/right side of building - 2nd last bay.
Special Delivery Rate: Special request delivery fee is $10 within Kamloops, BC for delivery outside of our normal delivery schedule.
